From angled floor-to-ceiling windows that literally put you in the clouds, to gilded china and red uniformed service staff, Nikolai's Roof is exceptional. A divine prelude to any dinner decisions, the les petits piroshkis en amuse-bouche is the flakiest of pastries. These tasty chicken and beef hors d'oeuvres offer a unique flavor, created by our chef. Tender veal medallions in a hearty sauce with a green asparagus salad is a delicious follow-up to the fresh baked Maine lobster with a green pea puree on lobster bisque. When available, sautéed breast of squab on parsnip puree with grilled mushrooms and mixed truffle sauce is mouthwatering. Clear the palate with orange sorbet splashed with vodka. Then choose from beef, snapper, duck, and wild boar entrees. Finish with a Bailey's Irish Cream soufflé topped with mocha chocolate chip crème fraiche.

Wines from all over the world will be suggested by our award-winning sommelier to pair each course of your evening.

Straight to the Heart Package
This package includes an 8 course dinner for two specialy prepared by Our Chef Olivier De Busschere. Also included are deluxe overnight accommodations for two at the Hilton Atlanta, overnight parking for one car, and breakfast for two the next morning at Le Café in the hotel. The price is $490, and includes all taxes and gratuities. Five wine pairings with dinner is an additional $65 per person.
